  • Team talent reviews with directors / managers from strategic business areas;
  • Facilitated discussion of talent management in the organization with the management team to define key assumptions and create a new strategy or action plan in this area;
  • Recommendations for future projects, developmental programs etc.

a strategic consulting service covering people management areas such as:

  • HR Business Partner or Director on business contract;
  • External HR consultant to create new or develop existing HR strategy in company, implement HR projects etc.;
  • A facilitator for managing teams and board members meetings;
  • Mentor for HR Business Partner, HR Managers or specialist.
