I am passionate about people and places. After spending 16 years as an HR manager responsible for Leadership development in global companies I have chosen to become a coach, trainer, mentoring expert and co-creator of HR Business Partner development program. I prefer to use simple but effective strength-based and proven in my business experience tools and methods to enrich my client's potential. I work with individuals, teams , and organizations via deep conversations that discover their true values and worth. I have a natural tendency to discern and appreciate uniqueness talents in people who I talk to. My skills are especially helpful when the previous strategy is not valid anymore and a client wants to change or chose a new developmental path which will be more consistent with his or her values, believes and satisfy his/her needs. I am an incurable optimist who always believes in my client's potential so when it is needed I boldly share my perspective. Even serious matters I approach lightly. I value action more than declarations. My role is to listen, support, inspire and openly name what I see in every person, team or organization.
